Part I: Regulation/ Raw Material Specification/ Product Specification
1.Monthly update existing Food Safety Regulation and inform other departments that concern if any change
2.Find new country food regulation as Sales Team and R&D request
3.Conducting a regulatory check for food compliance of ingredient and product recipe (Comply to Thailand, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, USA, Japan, Taiwan, EU and other country as Sales or RD request.
4.Review raw material specification from supplier
5.Review of Raw Material and Packaging Annual Testing Report
6.Update Raw Material and Product Allergen List
7.Conduct to Raw Material, Packaging, Label and Tape Food Fraud Risk Assessment
8.Preparing Product Breakdown/ Ingredient List
9.Prepare Customer Specification including Guarantee Letter, other documents. NFIT Product Specification
10.Preparing Label Issue of product
Part II: Food Safety and Quality Management System
1.Support and coordinator of yearly 3rd Party Audit (BRC, FSSC22000), yearly HALAL Audit and TH-FDA (3 Years/ Time)
2.Support and coordinator of Customer Audit
3.Renew certification of Food Manufacturing License and Food Import License with TH FDA
4.HACCP Team
5.Proceeding SWOT, risks and opportunities based on FSSC22000
6.Summary Food Safety and Quality KPIs (Monthly)
7.Support team for Monthly GHPs Patrol
8.Auditor for Supplier Audit/ Supplier Visit
9.Be an internal auditor for quality and food safety management system
10.Orientation Trainer for GHPs, HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud Training
11.Lead and proceeding Food Safety Culture Activity
12.Other as assigned by QA Manager
