JOB DESCRIPTION : Sourcing Specialist 1. Identify strategic sourcing in line with company's strategy and specifications. 2. Able to work independently in developing the strategies and hands-on in implementation. 3. To interact cross-functionally to ensure the products meets the technical requirement/specifications of the busines. 4. Facilitate/coordinate a Supplier Development program targeting overall quality and price improvements 5. Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation. 6. Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns. 7. To lead cost negotiations, contractual agreements, quality and on going supplier performance. 8. Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing. 9. Seek the potential local and oversea suppliers for the alternative product proposal 10. Generating and implementing efficient sourcing and category management strategies. 11. Analyzing and calculating costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure. 12. Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals. 13. Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency. 14. Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes. 15. Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers. 16. Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking. 17. Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques. 18. Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers.

วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป การจัดการ , บริหารธุรกิจ , การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Proven work experience as Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software.
Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
