Job Descriptions
· Conduct in-depth research to gather relevant data, market insights, and technical information to support product development initiatives. - Primarily focused on hygiene application(diapers), knowledge of related sectors in medical, industrial, or automotive applications is considered a strong advantage. · Coordinate and oversee trial runs on the production line to validate product performance, process feasibility, and quality compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Planning, Production, Quality Assurance - Responsibilities cover the full trial run process- from receiving product targets, scheduling, developing trial run plans, executing trials, conducting performance testing, preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA), completing trial run reports, and follow up sample feedback for continuous improvement. · Able to be handling process conditions on the production line and possess technical knowledge of the nonwoven manufacturing process. - Candidates with professional experience in nonwoven process improvement and process development will have strong career growth opportunities. · Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards for nonwoven products is a plus.
Qualifications
  1. - Welcome for individuals of all genders and nationalities
  2. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  3. - 0-5 years experienced in Research and Product Development, Quality Assurance, Process Engineer, or Production.
  4. - Can communicate in Thai, conversational level of proficiency in English and having the ability to speak Chinese would be an added advantage.
  5. - Excellent resilience, proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude.
  6. - Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with other departments.
