Job Descriptions
- สนับสนุนฝ่ายขาย
- จัดการ จัดส่ง ติดตามสินค้ารวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า รวมถึงเป็นให้ข้อมูลสินค้าแก่ลูกค้า
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้และ P/O ตรวจสอบสถานะการส่งออก
- วางแผนและจัดการการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง การควบคุมสต๊อกสินค้า และหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Support sales Executive
- Manage delivery, tracking, identify delivery issues and problem solving
- Keep good communication with customers and vendors
- Issue Invoice & P/o, checking status
- Planning and handling Inventory Control, Stock Control, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย เท่านั้น สัญชาติ จีน หรือ ไทย อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านนำเข้าส่งออกพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สื่อสารภาษาจีนและภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดีเยี่ยม ทั้งด้าน ฟัง พูด อ่านเขียน
- ขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา และทำงานนอกสถานที่ได้
- มีทักษะการพูดและทักษะการสื่อสารในระดับที่ดีมาก
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
