Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Monitor and control product quality throughout the plastic injection processes. •Analyze in-process defects and identify root causes using tools such as 5Why, 8D. •Collaborate with production, Molds, Engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). •Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. •Maintain and update quality-related documents such as Control Plans, Inspection standard, and Check Sheets. •Conduct regular audits on production lines and support internal/external quality audits. •Track and report on key quality indicators (e.g., defect rate, scrap rate, rework). •Provide technical support in new product trials, process changes, and process validations. •Train operators and line leaders on quality awareness and inspection techniques. •Other assigned tasks. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
At least 3 years of working experience in Production Quality Engineer, Quality Control or Quality Engineer in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and in-line quality control systems.
Familiarity with quality tools and systems: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5Why, 8D Reports.
Computer literacy (MS Office, quality reporting software).
Conversational daily - middle level of English. *Document and email *Report to JP Manager *Contact oversea CL for claiming.
Not job hopper.
Able to attend face to face interview.
Experience in plastic product part (electronics, automotive) from automotive manufacturing field will be preferable.
Have working experience in the Japanese company will be preferable.
Conversational high level of English or Japanese
