Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Supervise and manage quality inspection activities including incoming materials, in-process checks, and final product inspections. •Ensure all quality procedures comply with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. •Investigate and follow up on production and customer quality issues (claims, non-conformities). •Coordinate with related departments to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) •Prepare quality documents according to new products, new design and change management such as inspection standards, control plans, PCR, ECN and 8D reports. •Monitor and coach the QA/QC team to maintain effective inspection and quality awareness. •Act as liaison with customers and internal teams regarding product quality standards and audit findings. •Other assigned tasks. Qualifications

Age 28-40 years
Any Gender
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields
At least 5 years of working experience as QA/QC in automotive or electronics industrial manufacturing.
At least 1 year of management experience as Senior, Leader, or higher level with similar scale of subordinates.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
Strong knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
Able to read mechanic drawings and use precise measuring instruments.
Strong in root cause analysis tools such as 8D Report, 5Why, and etc.
Conversational daily - middle level of English. *Document and email *Report to JP Manager *Contact oversea CL for claiming.
Not job hopper.
Able to attend face to face interview.
Experience in plastic product part (electronics, automotive) from automotive manufacturing field will be preferable.
Have working experience in the Japanese company will be preferable.
Conversational high level of English or Japanese will be preferable.
