Job Descriptions
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels in a timely and professional manner. 2.Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints by coordinating with relevant teams. 3.Follow up with clients on pending documents, payments, or service feedback. 4.Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing travel arrangements. 5.Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. 6.Generate sales reports, customer activity summaries, and performance dashboards. 7.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 8.Visit clients to deliver documents, follow up on business matters, or present information.
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
  2. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในธุรกิจ Travel Agency หรือ Corporate Travel Management
  3. สามารถสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้ดีทั้งทางโทรศัพท์ อีเมล์และการนำเสนองานนอกสถานที่
  4. มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ การใช้งาน MS Excel , PowerPoint , MS Team
  5. มีใจรักด้านงานบริการ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
