Job Descriptions
- Manage and oversee the entire supply chain operations from supply planning, suppliers shipment management, warehousing and logistics for dispatching to stores.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in the supply chain management.
Managing costs in the supply chain is a complex task that requires a holistic approach for effective cost reduction strategies and optimize the efficiency of supply chain operations to ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely of quality-effective procurement of raw materials and packing materials.
Coordinate with 3PL to ensure smooth and efficient warehousing & Logistics processes.
- Work with logistics team to ensure timely distribution and delivery of raw materials & packaging materials.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and 3PL networking.
- Manage and mitigate risks and initiative risks approaching supply chain disruptive management.
- Work closely with other departments and supplier on product quality issues to ensure the quality of raw material is being monitored & provide the solution on quality improvement where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Use data analysis tools to monitor performance and efficiency of the supply chain.
- Maintaining a focus on continuous improvement is essential in your supply chain management strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply chain, Logistics, Business administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 7 Years in proven experience as a Supply Chain & logistics managements (Experience from FMGC Business is advantage).
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations management includes : Demand forecasting, inventory management and distributions.
- Strongly to lead and manage a team with multi tasks.
- Strong problem-solving & Decision Making skills
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in SAP, MS Office and data analytics.
