Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Thai national to join our team as a Software Engineer specializing in mechanical design and customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SolidWorks, with the ability to develop both assembly and manufacturing drawings tailored to client needs. This position also includes after-sales service and technical troubleshooting, making it a great fit for someone who is both technically skilled and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities - Design mechanical assemblies, jigs, and fixtures according to client specifications. - Develop accurate assembly and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks. - Deliver technical assistance and post-sales support to customers. - Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues. - Ensure all mechanical designs meet functional and safety standards. - Take part in design reviews and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in using SolidWorks for mechanical design.
Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and drawing creation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a plus.
Good command of English
Service-minded, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
