Job Descriptions
We are looking for a talented and driven RPA & PHP Engineer to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation processes using RPA tools and backend systems using PHP. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, hands-on experience with AI integration, and a passion for innovation. If you love learning, experimenting with AI, and building efficient systems, this role is for you. Responsibilities: -Design and develop RPA workflows to automate repetitive business operations. -Develop backend systems using PHP/NodeJS/Python and manage database integrations. -Design database structures and system workflows to support automation and application development. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and implement effective automation workflows. -Integrate AI models (e.g., OpenAI API, LineAI) into internal tools or customer-facing systems. -Write effective AI prompts and explore generative AI for process improvement. -Utilize Python and JavaScript frameworks like Next.js to support web-based interfaces. -Utilize AI tools and technologies to support development and improve operational efficiency. -Create and optimize prompts to effectively interact with AI tools. -Continuously research and stay updated on emerging AI and automation trends to apply best practices in daily work.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in RPA Developer of related field
  3. Proficient in programming with PHP, JavaScript, CSS, Python, and Next.js
  4. Highly skilled in working with databases such as SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), Elasticsearch, Vector DBs (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone), and Redis
  5. Able to work with tools such as Message Queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes
  6. Expert in using the Linux Command Line
  7. Basic understanding of infrastructure, servers, and networking
  8. Strong knowledge in working with AI Models & APIs such as OpenAI API, Microsoft Cognitive Services, Line AI, and RESTful APIs -Skilled in writing effective prompts for use with AI tools to maximize output quality.
  9. Proficient in PHP/NodeJS/Python programming with a solid grasp of coding best practices.
  10. Basic to intermediate experience or knowledge in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent).
  11. Strong understanding of database design principles and workflow architecture.
  12. Experience or keen interest in AI technologies and their applications in business processes.
  13. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or other generative AI platforms.
  14. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  15. Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
