Job Descriptions

•Develop and refine CNC processes for new and existing parts. •Select appropriate cutting tools and tooling systems for specific applications. •Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, create machining parameters such as RPM, Feed Rate. •Design CNC process flow based on product characteristics. •Troubleshoot production issues and identify areas for process improvement. •Maintain accurate records for processes, tooling and programs. •Able to interpret engineering drawings with fully understanding of GD&T symbol. •Able to work overtime when necessary. •Knowledge of CNC machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. •Work closely with product Engineers, Machinist and team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer or related field.
At least 4-6 year's experience in process precision machining industries.
Good skill in Auto CAD and Microsoft office. Good command communicates in English.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to CNC machining (G-code, CAM software)
Auto Cad and Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic drawing. Knowledge of CNC machine operation.
Knowledge about ISO System 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949.
Good command of English and computer.
