Personal Assistant to Factory Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Job Descriptions
- Assist with the Factory manager to oversee factory operations and support daily production
- Provide real-time interpretation between Thai and Japanese (meetings, production sites, etc.),
- Act as a key representative for customer claim in Japanese
- Translate documents in Japanese
- Assist Factory Manager and Japanese management in coordinating with other departments including customers
- Coordinate with internal and external contacts
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Responsible for secretarial tasks and other assignments (as needed)
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality Male/Female
- Age 20-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in automobile functional parts at Japanese manufacturers
- Japanese language speaker can be advantage (Above N3 is preferable)
- Self-motivated person
- Proficient interpreting and administrative work
- Problem-solving, communication skill and proactive mindset
