Job Descriptions

1) Process sales quotations, sales orders, and invoicing accurately and promptly. 2) Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner. 3) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order-related issues. 4) Arrange transportation for local delivery and liaise with warehouse for packing and delivery of goods. 5) Attend to walk-in customers. 6) Perform ad-hoc admin tasks assigned by your superior.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Good command of English, both written and spoken is required for this role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, detail oriented with excellent accuracy and multi-tasking abilities.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Company location: Chonburi, Sriracha district.
5-day work week.
