Job Descriptions

- Be responsible for quality review during the early quotation stage (including drawings, specifications, quality agreements, quality objectives, etc.) and quality planning for new projects. - Be responsible for achieving quality objectives during the project development stage. - Be responsible for the preparation of quality documents during the project development process. - Be responsible for the preparation of samples during the project development process. - Be responsible for tracking and closing quality issues during the project development process. - Be responsible for the verification of error-proofing and mistake-proofing systems. - Be responsible for creating quality control methods based on processes. - Be responsible for the preparation and approval of PPAP documents. - Be responsible for solving quality issues during the ramp-up stage and achieving quality objectives for mass production. - Be responsible for analyzing and improving customer complaints using the 8D method. - Be responsible for analyzing and handling abnormal parts. - Be responsible for analyzing, tracking, and closing batch accidents and issues discovered by the verification position. - Be responsible for analyzing, tracking, and closing top issues. - Be responsible for optimizing process control methods and implementing continuous improvement. - Be responsible for collecting and applying lessons learned. - Be responsible for environmental, occupational health, safety, and emergency response in this position.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
Familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949, VDA6.3 quality systems
Familiar with the five tool manuals of IATF16949 and other quality tools
Preferential consideration for customers with special requirements from Ford, BMW, STELLANTIS (FCA), Daimler, ZF
Familiar with machining, casting, light assembly, leak testing and other processes, and understand basic process measurement equipment
good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
