Job Descriptions

1.Responsible for preparing the factory's monthly and weekly production plans, and issuing production instructions 2.Manage material demand planning based on production plans and material availability to ensure timely material supply 3.Coordinate the production process and workflow to ensure timely completion of sales orders 4.Responsible for capacity planning and arrangement, coordinating evaluations from manufacturing, process, testing, and other departments 5.Review and approve documents within the scope of department's job responsibilities 6.Guide and manage the work team of the department, supervise and train department members

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above.
More than 3 years of working experience.
Be familiar with the basic knowledge and all processes of product production.
Be proficient in application skills such as Office software, ERP software, MES software, etc.
Having good data analysis skills and global thinking.
Having communication and coordination skills and interpersonal relationship management skills.
Having a necessarily level of leadership ability.
Fluent in English or Chinese communication.
