Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดตามกลยุทธ์ของบริษัท 2.ดูแลและบริหารแคมเปญการตลาดออนไลน์ และออฟไลน์ 3.วิเคราะห์ตลาด คู่แข่ง และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคเพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในแผนการตลาด 4.สื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมขาย SLM และ Dealer เพื่อสนับสนุนยอดขาย 5.ประสานงานกับทีมคอนเทนต์และกราฟิกในการผลิตสื่อส่งเสริมการขาย 6.จัดทำแผนการสื่อสารสินค้าใหม่ และแผนเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ 7.บริหารงบประมาณการตลาด และควบคุมการใช้จ่ายให้มีประสิทธิภาพ 8.พัฒนาเครื่องมือสนับสนุนการขาย เช่น POSM,Brochure,Promotion Toolkit 9.สร้างสื่อกิจกรรมการตลาดเพื่อสร้าง Awareness และEngagement 10.ประสานงานกับ Influencer,KOL และ Partner ตามกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 11.เตรียมเอกสารประกอบงานเสนอแผนงานหรือเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ๆ 12.จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลกิจกรรมทางการตลาดให้ผู้บริหาร 13.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปด้านการตลาด/นิเทศศาสตร์/บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  3. มีความเข้าใจด้านกลยุทธ์การตลาดทั้ง B2C และ Channel Marketing
  4. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับทีมขาย SLM/Dealer จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. ใช้เครื่องมือ Digital Marketing และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ดี (เช่น Meta Ads,GA,Excle)
  6. มีความสามารถด้านการประสานงานและการนำเสนอที่ดี
  7. มีทักษะในการเขียน และสื่อสารอย่างมืออาชีพ
  8. รู้จักเทรนด์การตลาดและสามารถนำมาปรับใช้ได้จริง
  9. มีความสามารถในการจัดการหลายโปรเจกต์พร้อมกัน
  10. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ พร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
