Job Descriptions
Be fully responsible for the company's human resources management, including recruitment, training, compensation and performance, employee relations, system process construction, etc., to ensure that the human resources strategy matches the company's business development goals and improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above (human resources, management and other related majors are preferred).
  2. More than 2 years of HR full module experience.
  3. Familiar with labor laws and local employment policies.
  4. Proficient in using office software and HR systems
  5. Strong communication, coordination and stress resistance skills
  6. If you are fluent in Chinese or English, you will be given priority
