Job Descriptions
- ดูแลทีม Call Center (Call Validate/Cerelac Call Center) ประมาณ 3-5 ท่าน
- ให้คำแนะนำ&จัดการเคสลูกค้า (Baby Nutrition)
- จัดทำ Report, สรุป, หัวข้อและเนื้อหาการประชุม, แจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสารให้ทีมรับทราบ
- วันเวลาปฏิบัติงาน : จันทร์ - ศุกร์ 10.00 - 19.00 น.
Qualifications
- เพศหญิงเท่านั้น อายุ 28-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาโภชนาการ การกำหนดอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่ใกล้เคียง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการให้คำแนะนำ ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารเด็กมาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลทีม หากมีประสบการณ์ call Center/บริการลูกค้ามาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถรับเรื่อง complaint case & visit case กับลูกค้าได้
- มีความเข้าใจในการใช้ Social media ทุกแพลตฟอร์ม
