Job Descriptions
1. Provide technical support to end-users (hardware/software troubleshooting, email configuration, VPN setup, etc.) 2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals 3. Monitor and manage network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls) 4. Administer and maintain internal systems (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud platforms) 5. Ensure IT security best practices (antivirus, access control, backups, patch management) 6. Manage IT asset inventory and documentation 7. Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring proper provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts 8. Support and maintain VoIP, video conferencing, and collaboration tools 9. Participate in IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and system integrations 10. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  2. About 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
  3. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
  4. Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
  5. Basic understanding of cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.)
  6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  7. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MCSA, Google IT Support)
