Job Descriptions
- ดูแลและจัดเก็บเอกสารภายในแผนกให้เป็นระเบียบและค้นหาง่าย
- ประสานงานภายในองค์กร และกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- รับโทรศัพท์ จัดการเอกสารเข้า-ออก รวมถึงจองห้องประชุมหรือจัดตารางนัดหมาย
- สื่อสารภาษาจีนขั้นพื้นฐานกับพนักงานหรือคู่ค้าชาวจีนในกรณีจำเป็น
- สนับสนุนงานฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือฝ่ายจัดซื้อเบื้องต้น (ถ้ามี)
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้คล่อง
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนขั้นพื้นฐานได้ (พูด/ฟัง หรือ อ่าน/เขียน อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง)
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานธุรการหรือประสานงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
