Job Descriptions
-ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามแบบและแผนงาน
-ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาช่วง แรงงาน และทีมวิศวกร
-ตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัสดุ และงานก่อสร้างในแต่ละวัน
-รายงานความคืบหน้างานให้หัวหน้าทีมหรือผู้จัดการโครงการ
-จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้า และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- อ่านแบบก่อสร้าง และเข้าใจงานโครงสร้างได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- มีความรู้เรื่องมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้าง และสามารถใช้ AutoCAD , microsoft office หรือโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการวางแผน การประสานงาน และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- สามารถเดินทางเพื่อดูหน้างานในเขตกทม. และจังหวัดใกล้เคียงได้
