Job Descriptions
Responsibilities
-Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with company objectives and local regulations
-Collect and analyze market data related to compensation, benefits, and employment terms
-Support salary review processes by preparing and verifying relevant data and announcements
-Calculate and verify payroll (salary, social security, taxes, deductions) and prepare pay slips for assigned employee grades
-Review payroll data against budget and past records; investigate and address variances
-Design and manage employee benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
-Ensure effective administration and legal compliance of all employee benefits
-Advise HR teams and management on compensation and benefits matters
-Prepare reports on compensation trends, costs, and effectiveness for senior management
-Liaise and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-efficient and high-quality benefits
-Monitor compliance with wage laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits
-Develop and communicate compensation policies, and provide training where needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a relevant subject area.
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a compensation and benefit role, preferably in a multi-site organization.
- Proficient in oral and written English and Thai.
- Proven experience in compensation & benefits with demonstrable knowledge of principles, tools, regulations and “best practices”.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in HRMS and compensation management software.
- Experience of managing projects and utilizing project management methodologies.
- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
