Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบการตรวจรับชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่รถยนต์ (รวมถึงชิ้นส่วนเครื่องยนต์, อะไหล่ไฟฟ้า, อะไหล่ที่สึกหรอได้ง่าย ฯลฯ) โดยตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบสั่งซื้อ เอกสารขนส่ง และสินค้าจริงให้ตรงกัน
Responsible for receiving automotive spare parts, verifying purchase orders, delivery documents, and actual goods for accuracy.
2. ตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ของบรรจุภัณฑ์และคุณภาพภายนอกของอะไหล่ บันทึกเหตุการณ์ผิดปกติ เช่น การเสียหาย การส่งผิด หรือสินค้าหมดอายุ และติดตามแก้ไข
Inspect packaging and external quality of parts; record and follow up on damages, incorrect deliveries, or expired items.
3.ใช้ระบบ WMS ในการสแกนบาร์โค้ดรับเข้าสินค้า จัดสรรที่เก็บสินค้า และอัปเดตข้อมูลสต็อกแบบเรียลไทม์
Use WMS to scan barcodes for goods receipt, allocate storage, and update stock data in real-time.
4.ดำเนินการตรวจนับสินค้าทั้งคลังเป็นรายเดือน/รายไตรมาส และตรวจนับหมุนเวียนรายวัน เพื่อให้ยอดบัญชี ยอดบัตรสินค้า และสินค้าจริงตรงกัน
Conduct monthly/quarterly full inventory counts and daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy between records and actual stock.
5.วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของความแตกต่างในการตรวจนับ จัดทำรายงานความแตกต่างของสต็อก และร่วมมือกับฝ่ายบัญชีในการปรับปรุงข้อมูลบัญชีให้ถูกต้อง
Analyze discrepancies, prepare stock variance reports, and collaborate with accounting to correct records.
6. จัดเตรียมสินค้าตามคำสั่งซื้ออย่างแม่นยำ (รองรับกลยุทธ์ FIFO/การจัดการหมายเลขล็อต ฯลฯ) และปรับปรุงเส้นทางการหยิบสินค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
Accurately prepare orders following FIFO and lot control strategies; optimize picking routes for efficiency.
7. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสินค้าในการเบิกจ่าย (รุ่น จำนวน และความถูกต้องของบรรจุภัณฑ์) เพื่อให้ความแม่นยำในการเบิกจ่ายสินค้าไม่น้อยกว่า 100%
Verify accuracy of issued items (model, quantity, packaging) to ensure 100% picking accuracy.
8. ดูแลกระบวนการส่งมอบสินค้ากับฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์ เก็บรักษาหลักฐานการรับสินค้า และจัดเก็บบัญชีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อย่างเป็นระบบ
Oversee goods handover with logistics, maintain delivery proofs, and systematically manage electronic records.
Qualifications
- การศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, such as Logistics or Supply Chain Management, is preferred.
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านจัดซื้อ 1-3 ปี มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 1-3 years of experience in procurement; experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
- มีทักษะวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่แข็งแกร่ง และใช้งานโปรแกรมสำนักงาน (Office) ได้คล่องแคล่ว Strong data analysis skills and proficient in using office software.
- หากสามารถใช้ภาษาจีนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Proficiency in Chinese language is an advantage.
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์บุคลากรและเข้าใจธุรกิจได้อย่างรวดเร็ว สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสถานการณ์ธุรกิจได้ดี Ability to analyze personnel and quickly understand the business, with strong adaptability to changing business situations.
