Job Descriptions
•Engage in Sales and Marketing Activities
•Develop and expand the client base to achieve sales targets.
•Generate and cultivate leads and inquiries.
•Conduct effective sales visits, marketing calls, and impactful presentations.
•Maintain strong relationships with consultants, investment, and planning departments within the designated territories.
•Foster growth among Builders and Distributors within established territories
Qualifications
- Prefer sales work, listen understand satisfy customer
- Sales skills: Communication skills, negotiation, presentation skills
- Business acumen: Market research, sales strategy development
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Technical knowledge, product knowledge, prefabricated buildings (receive additional training)
