Job Descriptions
1. Verifying localized parts of suitability of selection vendor including negotiation with vendor to submit the cheapest price 2. Control new parts development schedule (Mold/Parts) to meet the shift production schedule 3. Carry out VA/VE and cost reduction 4. Sourcing new supplier 5. Request quotation from new parts (including E/C, VA/VE), select vendor, analysis parts/molds' price and make a decision for price of new part and vendor. 6. Sourcing vendor, confirm new vendor information and issue new vendor application. 7. Issue Localization List (VA/VE) and issue ECR for the cost reduction. 8. Develop, Control, Follow up and perform required process of localized parts or new developed parts to push forward until vendor be able to start mass production smoothly according to production shift schedule. 9. Qualifications
  1. Gender : Any
  2. Age 25 - 35 yrs old
  3. Bachelor's degree in any related field (focus on work experience)
  4. Excellent Chinese language skills
  5. Have Cost Break Down Analysis experience of these material fields : plastic parts, aluminum parts would be advantage
  6. More than 5 years experience in Procurement and Purchasing
  7. Excellent Computer skills : Excels, Power point, Pivot, Macros, VBA and new IT tools
  8. Negotiation skill, analysis skill, systematic thinking, enthusiastic
  9. Good team player with good interpersonal skill and good personality
