-ศึกษาสัญญา และ แบบที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้าง
-ถอดแบบ คิดปริมาณงาน ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-จัดทำเอกสารประมูลงานได้
-จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้างภายในโครงการ
-ประสานงานหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานรับเหมาก่อสร้างอาคารขนาดใหญ่ อาคารสูง 2-3 ปี
- ความรับผิดชอบสูง มนุษสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการประสานงาน และการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- ใช้โปรแกรม MS Office (excel,Word,powerpoint) ,Auto cad, ได้
