Job Descriptions
1. Lead key initiative to develop marketing materials to customer value and ensure that all requirements from clients both internal (Trade Marketing/ Key Account) & external (Customers) are appropriated translate to Brand value. 2. Develop and present execution and communication plans to clients based on marketing strategy 3. Manage project timeline of key programs to deliver all services to be on time. 4. Fully control and accountable for end-to-end process of designing and ordering marketing material. 5. Lead on Clients Brief & requirement on marketing material to Graphic Design team or outsource supplier on visual development or premium design to response client’s need. 6. Providing guideline or recommendation to Clients, Graphic Design and Supplier on visual and production material needed. 7. Conduct all working across functions with procurement, Graphic Design, Supplier, Logistic, Third Party, Outsource Agency and Clients to develop and deliver high quality marketing material to be on time. 8. Negotiate with Procurement & outsource suppliers to get the requirement to be on time with reasonable cost. 9. Ensuring all marketing material based on Picture of Success to effectively meet the campaign objective/requirement in each account/channel. 10. Participate in customer meeting/business plan to guide on the appropriate visual, POSM, premium and marketing material.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Art / Communication background.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Visualize Communication. Additional Experience in Sales and Key Account is desirable.
  3. Skills in using computer systems such as MS office, MS project., Power Point, Adobe
  4. Managerial skills to handle multiple processes, areas and action plans.
  5. Good command of English communication.
  6. Able to work well in a multi-cultural environment
  7. Able to work in flexible schedule to check initiatives progress.
  8. Able to travel periodically to Upcountry and to visit customers.
  9. Project Planning & Management skills
  10. Negotiation skills. Be Persuasive and able to communicate to a wide array of audiences.
