We are seeking a high-performing International Client Sales Specialist to drive direct villa sales, manage overseas buyer relationships, and deliver a bespoke sales experience to ultra-high-net-worth clients from around the world. This is not a volume sales role — it’s about selling feelings, lifestyle, and legacy.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in luxury or international real estate sales
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Strong sales presentation and consultative selling skills
- Emotionally intelligent, trustworthy, and refined in communication
- Confident in handling high-value transactions (฿40M–฿80M+)
- Thai or foreign nationals welcome (work permit support available for the right candidate)
