Job Descriptions
• พัฒนาและดูแลระบบ ประเมินผลงาน (Performance Management)
• วางแผนและดำเนินการด้าน Training & Development ให้พนักงานทุกระดับ
• สื่อสารและสนับสนุนการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่เข้มแข็ง
• ทำงานร่วมกับผู้บริหารในการพัฒนา HR Strategy & Employee Development Plan
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- เคยดูแลระบบ Performance หรือเคยวางแผน Training มาก่อน
- คิดเป็นระบบ มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และเป็น “นักพัฒนาองค์กร”
- สื่อสารดี คล่องแคล่ว มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- ไม่เคยต้องโทษคดีอาญา หรือประพฤติเสื่อมเสีย
