Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลด้านโปรแกรม Software ที่ใช้ในบริษัทมิตรสิบ ลิสซิ่ง ละบริษัทย่อย -ดูแลอบรมการใช้งานโปรแกรมSoftware ให้กับหน่วยงานต่างๆ -ให้ความช่วยเหลือทีมแก้ไขปัญหาในกรณีระบบมีปัญหาและประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนาระบบ/ทีมBusiness Analyst เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ปัญหา -ประสานงาน Vendor ในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจากการใช้งานระบบ -ทดสอบระบบ System Integration Testing (SIT) และ User Acceptance Testng (UAT) กับทางผู้ใช้งาน 2.ดูแลและจัดทำเอกสารสำหรับส่งให้กับ Audit , เอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับPDPA และเอกสารต่างๆ 3.ดูแลสัญญาบริการด้ารสรสนเทศทั้งหมด รวมถึงต่ออายุบริการไม่ให้สัญญาบริการหมดอายุ 4.ช่วยงาน Support ในการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆของแผนกตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ให้กับบริษัทแม่ และ บริษัทย่อย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  4. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก มีความรับผิดชอบ
  5. มีประสบการณ์ดูแลด้านโปรแกรม Software
  6. สามารถใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ได้ดี เช่น Microsoft Office , Google Sheet
  7. มีประสบการณ์ทำเอกสารในด้าน Audit IT , เอกสาร ISO
  8. มีอุปนิสัย / บุคลิก ที่ดีในการเรียนรู้ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีเหตุมีผล มีความขยัน ตั้งใจในการทำงาน
