Job Descriptions

· Maintain the performance of the working as normal and effective as required. · Control the team to achieve the target define. · Makes improvements efficiency and output – reduce setup time, reduce setup scrap. · Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet specified dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards. Make adjustments as necessary to achieve the desired outcomes. · Make sure they follow instructions and safely and successfully complete the task. · Follow up corrective actions on Quality Issues, Process & Design functions. · Work with Engineering team and Quality team to ensure all customer on time delivery. · Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment, including cleaning, inspecting, and repairing tools and machinery as needed. · Comply with all Mitsubishi Chemical Advance Materials safety rules and company policies. • Implement statistics process Control at key process characteristic.

Qualifications

DIPLOMA VOCATIONAL DEGREE IN ENGINEERING OR EQUIVALENT CAREER DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELD
MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A WELDER OR WELDING TECHNICIAN IN A MANUFACTURING OR FABRICATION ENVIRONMENT.
PROFICIENCY IN VARIOUS WELDING TECHNIQUES (GTAW OR TIG, PLASTIC WELDING).
