Job Descriptions
- รับวางบิลและตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายเงินขององค์กร
- จัดทำบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายและบันทึกลงในระบบบัญชี
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการจ่ายเงินให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท
- คำนวณและจัดทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- กระทบยอดบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และจัดทำรายงานทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้และบันทึกบัญชีลูกหนี้
- ติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้าและกระทบยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชีและการรับชำระเงิน
- จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้คงเหลือและวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มการชำระเงิน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือมีประสบการณ์โดยตรง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ -ลูกหนี้ หรือวางบิลอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี เช่น Express Excel เป็นต้น
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
