Job Descriptions
1. Plan maintenance tasks based on pending repair requests each month. 2. Procure spare parts and consumables for maintenance. 3. Improve and develop machinery related to engineering tasks. 4. Report issues, propose solutions, and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) to reduce Down Time. 5. Monitor, analyze, and resolve maintenance issues,summarizing problems. 6. Maintain records of machine maintenance history. 7. Report work progress to superiors. 8. Prepare monthly completed work reports. 9. Compile and summarize engineering department KPIs. 10. Develop projects and manage spare parts for the department. 11. Plan and organize training for mechanical maintenance technicians.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer.
  3. Excellent command of written and spoken English & Thai, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
