Job Descriptions

•Receive sales forecasts and purchase order information from customers to prepare sales plans and use for production planning. •Participate customer meetings and effectively communicate and implement feedback or requirements to maximize operational efficiency. •Coordinate with head office (Japan) and gather relevant information to prepare quotations according to customer requests. •Prepare monthly and yearly sales summary reports and forecasts to support management decision-making. •Collect and provide relevant information for the evaluation and selection of new suppliers to support decision-making. •Participate in on-site evaluations of potential suppliers during the selection and audit process. •Conduct periodic assessments of current suppliers to support risk analysis and business continuity plan. •Request and monitor suppliers’ CR (Corrective/Continuous Improvement) activities to meet company objectives. •Record updated purchasing prices in the system and communicate to relevant departments. •Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

Male/Female, age between 25-35 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience Sales & Purchasing in the automotive factory.
Strong communication in English and can be Japanese, Chinese will be an advantage.
Good knowledge on IATF16949, ISO 14001, Core Tools, APQP, FMEA & Control Plan.
