Job Descriptions
• Analyze root causes of product defects during production
• Repair defective products and coordinate with related
departments (Production, QC,QA)
• Develop and maintain jigs/fixtures used in the production
process
• Modify and repair jigs for production efficiency
• Support basic electrical work related to jigs or production
tools (e.g., wiring, sensors, control boxes)
• Prepare problem analysis and corrective action reports
• Participate in continuous improvement to prevent recurring
issues
• Learn and apply Japanese manufacturing concepts such as 5S,
Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram),
Poka-Yoke
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related fields)
- Basic mechanical and measurement tool knowledge
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, sensors, and control systems is required
- Familiarity with jigs/fixtures is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Responsible, eager to learn, and a team player
- Internship experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
