•Coordinate with contractors and suppliers •Ensure safety and comfort standards •Source and manage local vendors •Compare quotes, handle purchases, arrange installations •Assist in setting up POS, inventory, SOPs •Organize cleaning, laundry, waste services •Supervise housekeeping, reception, and daily tasks •Manage staff schedules and attendance •Train new staff in service standards •Oversee guest check-ins/outs and handle complaints •Inspect cleanliness and maintenance needs •Track inventory and alert on low stock •Prevent over-ordering or misuse •Provide weekly reports and flag urgent issues •Monitor progress and report to owner •Communicate staff or guest-related feedback •Must be patient, reliable, and passionate about hospitality

Qualifications

Thai + English (fluent) + Myanmar
Minimum 2 years in hospitality or hostel/guesthouse management
