Job Descriptions
-สนับสนุนและดูแลระบบเครือข่ายภายในองค์กร (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall) -ช่วยดูแลการใช้งานระบบ Microsoft 365 เช่น Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive -ติดตามและตรวจสอบสถานะของระบบ endpoint protection ผ่าน Microsoft Defender -ดูแลอุปกรณ์และนโยบายด้านการใช้งานผ่าน Microsoft Intune -สนับสนุนการตั้งค่าความปลอดภัย เช่น MFA, การติดตั้งแอนตี้ไวรัส, และการตั้งค่า backup -ตรวจสอบสถานะอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายและเซิร์ฟเวอร์ เช่น NAS, CCTV, และ UPS -ดำเนินการอนุมัติ/ยกเลิกการเข้าถึงระบบ และจัดการ Device Lifecycle Management ของอุปกรณ์ผู้ใช้งาน -แก้ไขปัญหาด้าน IT ที่ได้รับมอบหมายผ่านระบบ Helpdesk หรือ Ticketing System -ปฏิบัติงานตามแผนงานที่ผู้จัดการฝ่ายไอทีมอบหมาย พร้อมทั้งรายงานความคืบหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบเครือข่าย, Microsoft 365, และความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support, Network, หรือ Microsoft 365 Admin จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. สามารถเรียนรู้และใช้งานระบบ Microsoft Defender, Intune และ Purview ได้
  5. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารที่ดี มีใจรักบริการ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
