Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้ค่าขนส่งทางเรือ และบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายในระบบ (ฝั่งซื้อ/ขาย) - ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ วางบิลลูกค้า และจัดทำรายงานสรุปการวางบิล - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย ลูกค้า คลังสินค้า และบัญชี เพื่อความถูกต้องของค่าใช้จ่าย - จัดหมวดหมู่ต้นทุนให้ถูกต้อง และคำนวณต้นทุน–กำไรจาก AR/AP - ติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้าให้ตรงรอบที่กำหนด
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน โลจิสติกส์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชี วางบิล หรือโลจิสติกส์ อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
  3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานกับเอกสารจำนวนมากได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
  4. ทักษะ Excel ดี (เช่น VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
  5. ทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสารดี ทั้งภายในและกับลูกค้า
  6. หากมีความรู้ในระบบ ERP เช่น SAP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. เข้าใจกระบวนการออกบิลและควบคุมต้นทุนในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ โดยเฉพาะขนส่งทางเรือ
