Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
-Implement and maintain Allergen control program.
-Review and update the allergen control program manual.
-Prepare allergens list of all ingredients and finished product, allergen declaration and communicate to other departments.
-Established the verification and validation plan, verify the result.
-Review annual information of all raw materials, ingredients and packaging from suppliers (product specification, ingredients breakdown, 'statement of Non-GMO/Non-Food fraud, Company certificate (i.e. GFSI, GHPs & HACCP, Halal) and etc.)
-Review and update McKey's questionnaire form, information from supplier reviewing by annually or when any changing.
-Conduct the risk assessment of all raw materials, ingredients and packaging follow BRCGS requirement.
-Assess risk of suppliers and coordinate with related department.
-Internal auditor for FSQA program (HALAL, BRCGS- SQMS, RSPO, GHPs/ HACCP, GMP monthly and customer audit)
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in food sciences, Food Technology or related field.
- 2 years of experience in QA or QS function.
- Food safety and quality system knowledge in food manufacturing.
- Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
