เราคือบริษัทที่ดูแลการตกแต่งภายในสำหรับร้านค้าและธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์หลากหลายประเภท ขณะนี้มีโครงการเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง จึงต้องการรับสมัคร ผู้ประสานงานตกแต่งภายใน เพื่อร่วมทีม • วางแผนและควบคุมตารางการทำงานหน้างาน • ประสานงานกับช่างและผู้รับเหมาต่าง ๆ • ตรวจสอบและติดตามกำหนดการส่งวัสดุอุปกรณ์ • ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานที่ไซต์งาน • รวบรวมและเปรียบเทียบใบเสนอราคาจากผู้รับเหมา • รายงานความคืบหน้าหน้างานให้สำนักงานทราบ • งานเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบอนุญาตหรือการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ รูปแบบการทำงาน : พนักงานประจำ หรือสัญญาจ้าง (ขึ้นอยู่กับการตกลง) เวลาทำงาน : จันทร์–ศุกร์ เวลา 09:00–18:00 น.
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานตกแต่งภายในอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  2. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม CAD หรือสามารถออกแบบดีไซน์ 3D ได้
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบและละเอียดรอบคอบ
  5. สามารถใช้ Excel ได้ดี หรือมีทักษะการจัดการเอกสาร
  6. สามารถขับรถได้และมีใบขับขี่ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานตกแต่งภายในร้านค้าเชิงพาณิชย์หรือแฟรนไชส์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
