Job Descriptions
-Monthly-weekly work planning of Service engineers based on customers’ requirement & Sales planning on service request form. -Maintain all monthly weekly work plan with service request for record with respective Sales Order for future reference. - Maintain ISO documentation as per company policy. -Week-Monthly audit service engineers /service Truck tools and Maintain Service Truck record -Co-ordinate with Application Team for quotation follow up/ execution team for order follow up / Supply -Chain team for materials follow up / logistic for transportation-freight follow up / finance team for payment and invoice follow up. -Co-ordinate with Sales / Application / Production / Execution Team for monthly work planning for service engineers. -Co-ordinate with production team to support pump assembly at factory. -Issue PR manually for service team and coordinate with Application Team & Supply chain for process. -Closely monitor every service engineer daily activities and recorded hourly multiple jobs to support finance for costing. -Closely co-ordinate with QC team to close all customer complaints within 72 hrs after received complaint from customer. Regularly update customer about complaint status and support sales team. -Maintain work instruction form of every service engineer daily basis. -All documents must be recorded hard copy as well soft copy. -Co-ordinate with service team closely to submit service report on time and close the job. -To plan & execute organizational sales visits -To get registered with customers ( E-registration if required) and generate enquiries. -Co-ordinate with customer politely and update all information about customers’ requirements at all levels and to ensure that the company is registered as a preferred vendor / service provider to all customers. -Management Reporting on time and morning meeting with Service team online or offline.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience Customer Service Co-Ordinator post
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any subject or Marketing
  3. Complete knowledge of Google Workplace Microsoft word, excel, power point presentation slides etc
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skill in English as well Thai
