Job Descriptions
1.1จัดทำรายงานการใช้เงินยืมทดรองจ่ายของโครงการต่างๆ 1.2ตรวจสอบเอกสารทางการเงินและการบัญชีในโครงการต่างๆ ของสำนักงาน 1.3จัดทำทะเบียนคุมโครงการต่างๆ 1.4ปิดจุดนำส่งรายได้สถานีกาชาด และนำส่งเงินสำนักงานการคลัง 1.5งานออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน ออกหนังสือรับรองหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 1.6จัดพิมพ์ใบยืมเงิน - ทดรองจ่าย เบิกเงินชดเชยเงินยืมหน่วยงาน 1.7รับเคลียร์เงินทดรองจ่าย ทำรายละเอียด และตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของเอกสาร 1.8บันทึกรับเงินคืนในระบบ จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้เงินยืม 1.9ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สมัครงานผ่าน Link นี้ : https://vtrcapi.redcross.or.th/recruitment-api/share_link/511.html ปิดรับสมัคร วันที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2568
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. ถ้าเป็นเพศชายต้องปลดพันธะทางทหารประจำการมาแล้วหรือเป็นทหารกองหนุน
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี หรือ การเงิน
  4. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงิน หรือ การบัญชี อย่างน้อย 2 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft Office Internet และอุปกรณ์สำนักงานได้ดี
  6. สามารถใช้งานและเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. สามารถทำงานนอกเวลาทำการและวันหยุดได้
  8. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และบุคลิกภาพดี มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  9. หากได้รับการคัดเลือก ต้องมีหลักทรัพย์ หรือ บุคคลค้ำประกันตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่สภากาชาดไทยกำหนด
