Job Descriptions
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. • Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction. • Conduct time and motion studies to optimize work methods and reduce waste. • Design and layout production facilities to maximize space utilization and workflow. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. • Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify areas for process improvement. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions. • Conduct ergonomic evaluations to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment. Perform capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production targets. • Train and mentor employees on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Qualifications
  1. Industrial Engineer Education
  2. Good at written and verbal communication skills in English
  3. Ability to present alternative solutions to problems.
  4. Good in CAD/CAM, 3D/2D, Solid Edge, Product/Process/Tooling, Tools manufacturing, SAP, MS Office.
  5. New technology implementation.
  6. At lease 0-3 years experience working in automation on semiconductor
