Job DescriptionsSales Strategy and Market Development:
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in the medical laser device segment.
- Identify new market opportunities, such as clinics, dermatologists, and aesthetic centers, to expand our client network.
Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns, educational events, and brand-building activities.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team, conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Provide guidance and training on product knowledge, sales tactics, and industry trends, ensuring the team is well-equipped to succeed.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic industry influencers.
- Oversee high-priority accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any escalated concerns promptly.
- Work closely with Product Specialists to provide clients with technical information, demonstrations, and on-site support for laser devices.
