Job Descriptions
•Coordinate with user and provided support to Flexnet, Asprova, MI, Dynamic 365, etc. •Register, updated and follow up incident tickets in Flexnet and Asprova •Create user-manual, examination, and training evaluation document •Summary training result and training evaluation •Conduct training for user on new applications and/or new system features •Perform testing on new applications and/or new system features •Monitor and recover data interface issue •Responsible for user authorized and permission maintenance •Query data, develop VBA program, create reports (basic) •Support coordination with users (Thai/Foreign) and IT team to find out the causes for problem and solve it
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  2. At least 3 years of working experience as support MES, Production Planning System, WMS such as Flexnet, Asprova
  3. Knowledge of Excel VBA and SQL programming (Basic) are advantage
  4. Good communication in English
  5. Support and Service mind
