Job Descriptions
GL 1.ตรวจสอบการลงบัญชีสินค้าคงเหลือ กระทบยอดสินค้าคงเหลือกับบัญชีแยกประเภทประจำวัน และประจำเดือน 2.จัดทำรายการเดินสะพัดระหว่างสาขา 3.จัดทำรายการ Checklist detail ประกอบงบ ประจำเดือน 4.ตรวจนับสินค้าคงเหลือร่วมกับคลัง AP 1.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารตั้งหนี้ และบันทึกข้อมูลเพิ่ม 2.ตรวจสอบเอกสารตรวจรับค่าใช้จ่ายข้ามเดือนกับรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย 3.ทำการปรับปรุงรายการบันทึกบัญชีให้ถูกต้อง และแนบสำเนาเอกสาร JV 4.จัดชุดเอกสารตั้งหนี้ ส่งหัวหน้างานและเก็บเอกสารเข้าแฟ้ม AR 1.ตรวจสอบการยกเลิกบิล ใบเสร็จรับเงิน / ใบรับเงินมัดจำ และคืนเงินมัดจำ 2. ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการรับเงิน และปรับปรุงรายการที่ผิดพลาด 3. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานบัญชีและการเงินอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานหรือ Supervisor จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการบัญชี มาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงินและกฎหมายภาษีอากรเป็นอย่างดี
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีและ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  6. ให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนาทีมงานในฝ่ายบัญชี
