Job Descriptions
- รับเรื่องจากผู้ใช้งาน และตรวจสอบแก้ไขเบื้องต้น - ให้คำแนะนำวิธีการใช้งาน Hardware, Software และอุปกรณ์ห้องประชุม - ประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และติดตามการส่งซ่อมอุปกรณ์สารสนเทศต่างๆ ให้กลับมาใช้งานได้ตามกำหนดเวลา - ดูแลงานทางด้าน Hardware, Software และอุปกรณ์ห้องประชุม - ซ่อมบำรุง และทำ PM (Preventive Maintenance) พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และระบบสารสนเทศให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานเสมอ - วิเคราะห์ วางแผนและหาสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และหาวิธีดำเนินการแก้ไข และป้องกันปัญหาเดิมที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต - ทดสอบระบบก่อนส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้า - จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน และรายงานผลการบำรุงรักษาแต่ละครั้ง - จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานให้เป็นปัจจุบัน - งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า (Problem Solving) และให้บริการลูกค้าภายในองค์กรได้อย่างมืออาชีพ
  3. สามารถติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหางานด้าน Hardware Software และ Network
  4. สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์พ่วง
  5. มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน IT Support จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มี Service Mind สามารถรับมือกับ User ได้ทุกประเภท
  7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
  8. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี รักในงานให้บริการผู้ใช้งาน มีความรับผิดชอบ และมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
  9. ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
