1. Preferred: Candidate who has worked on Production supervisor of Opticals part. 2. Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. 3. Schedule and assign tasks to team members, optimizing workflow and resource allocation. 4. Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions when necessary. 5. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting training sessions. 6. Motivate and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency. 8. Make and summary NG - Line problem report for Kaizen and Line improvement

Qualifications

Diploma Graduate in Engineering (Industrial Engineering),2 or 3 year course, regular full time. And / Or b. University Graduate in Industrial Engineering or Technology, 4 Year or over, regular course full time
Gender: Only male
Good communication skills (must: verbal speaking and written in Chinese)
