Job Descriptions
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ • บริหารจัดการและดูแลความเรียบร้อยในส่วนงานต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดไว้ • สร้างและวางแผนงานบริหารคลินิก รวมถึงนำเสนอโปรโมชั่นที่เหมาะสมเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย • คอยดูแลและติดตามงานด้านการขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย • ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ ช่วยแก้ปัญหาใหกับคนไข้ กรณีเกิดข้อผิดพลาดหรือข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับการบริการของคลินิก • บริหารค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ดูแลและจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ภายในคลินิก • ตรวจสอบรายงานสต็อกของใช้ภายในคลินิก • อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา -----------------
Qualifications
  1. เพศ หญิง 30 – 40 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเป็น ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ หรือ ผู้จัดการสาขาคลินิกผิวพรรณและความงาม 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. บุคลิกภาพดี มีใจรักงานบริการ มีความอดทน และภาวะผู้นำ เหมาะสมกับธุรกิจ (คลินิกผิวหนังและความงาม)
  5. มีทักษะการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องใช้ภายในคลินิกเป็นอย่างดี
  7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
