Job Descriptions
1. Plan and execute the setup of the new mold manufacturing department.
2. Train and develop existing team members in technical skills.
3. Build and optimize workflows for mold manufacturing processes.
4. Manage budgets and control manufacturing costs.
5. Implement and monitor quality control measures.
6. Manage equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
7. Create schedules and monitor production progress.
8. Coordinate communication with other departments.
9. Solve problems and troubleshoot production issues.
10. Propose and implement process improvements.
